Services:

• Temporary
  We individually select and match employees to your work and environment. As the employer, we pay our employees weekly and handle all taxes and paperwork. You receive one invoice.
• Temp-to-Hire
  This gives you the opportunity to assess a candidate's skill level, work ethics and performance before making a hiring decision.
• Direct Hire
  Our extensive database and network contacts will give us the ability to search for the best employee that is hired directly from SoCal onto a client's payroll.
• Payrolling
  This will allow you to put a full or part-time employee on the job without hiring them. We employ the person you recommend, take full responsibility for unemployment compensation, federal, state and local taxes.

Quality Candidate Recruiting and Placements:

• Prescreen and evaluate employee's skill level with state-of-the-art testing programs.
• Perform reference checks to ensure accurate employment history before we send employees to you.
• Identify best employee using our extensive database and network contacts.
• Understanding of your business and culture. We recognize personality is as important as skill level.
• Complete information on job requirements, including computer skill levels.
• Prepare our employees with complete information of your company.
